Needs Assessment

Every Barsa engagement starts with a thorough needs assessment. Our extensive evaluation checklist helps us better understand and evaluate the business. It is imperative we understand a company’s business, their mission and corporate goals as well as current business system challenges, which include current software and hardware systems, current levels of infrastructure, budgets, timelines and any technical support issues. From this input, we gain a level of insight required to recommend the right software and/or hardware system to overcome these challenges.

Implementation

We recognize that a successful implementation begins long before we actually install a new software or hardware application. A successful implementation also continues after we have completed the initial installation. Every client receives a detailed implementation plan that:

  • Identifies any and all necessary training components
  • Identifies all primary contacts within Barsa should questions arise
  • Outlines recommended changes to existing configurations that will enhance the implementation

These professionally produced training videos are a valuable resource to new users and serve as a valuable refresher to existing Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 users. Carol Martin, of Barsa, who appears as the trainer on these videos, has been an authorized Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 reseller and Master Developer since 1992. Her user-friendly pointers, gained in training hundreds of Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 users, is conveyed in a casual, relaxed style that puts new users at ease and encourages more experienced users to expand their use of the programs even further.

These professional services are available to Barsa customers and non-Barsa customers. A non-Barsa customer is any company that does not reference Barsa as the Reseller of Record with Sage Software:

BarsaConnect is our powerful remote support services utility for all of the systems we support. This also provides Barsa with the ability to remotely train users on our solutions. Fully secure with encryption and authentication, clients can use BarsaConnect through a dial-up or high-speed Internet connection.
